The N005 adds to Adata's Nobility series storage range, the first of which we saw previous in the
N002, which was a 2.5in SSD with a USB 3 port on the side.
The N005 is a standard USB stick, but as you guessed from the article title, the interface has been upgraded to USB 3.

Break out
the meme, because long stick is long, though: including the cap, the N005 is a 9cm in length, which means you're unlikely to lose it in your pocket or bag any time soon. On the plus side, it's slim, so won't interfere with other adjacent USB slots when plugged into a motherboard or front panel on a case.

The aluminium body adds a quality feel and a small degree of scratch resistance compared with plastic. Considering how warm the drive got under use, we also expect it acts as a heatsink to some degree as well.
Adata ships the N005 in 16GB, 32GB (£70 MSRP) and 64GB (£125 MSRP) capacities and claims a performance of up to 85MB/sec read speed and up to 55MB/s write when using the USB 3 interface.
