ViewSonic Displays – New Sizes and the introduction of ViewLED technology
Five new screens will appear in Q1 and Q2 of 2010 within Europe.
The VX Range (Aimed at Gaming and Extreme Computing Enthusiasts) will see the introduction of a 24” and 27” panel, VX24xxWM and VX27xxWM respectively, available late Q1.
Shortly followed by a 24” panel with ViewLED technology VX2450wm, which will give the high response times expected of the VX range with unprecedented colour depth and power savings. Featuring a slim, sleek design and 1920x1080 Full HD 1080p resolution for crystal clear picture quality. A mercury free WLED backlight that automatically detects image signal and intelligently controls backlight brightness for blacker blacks, pure whites and more clearly defined greys. Teamed with integrated stereo speakers, SRS Premium Sound™ technology and DVI and VGA inputs, this Energy Star® compliant monitor provides the ultimate eco-friendly multimedia experience. The VX2450wm-LED will be available in April with an RRP of £349.
The VA Range (Value range) will now include a widescreen 22” Panel (VA22xxWM) aimed at cost conscious users who still need a high quality display. (xx denotes exact model number to be finalised) (Available Q2)
Q2 2010 will see the introduction of the V3D241wm-LED. A 3D Certified High performance LED 24” panel which will take 3D gaming to the next level with unprecedented colour depth, contrast ratios and power savings.
Launched and available in January is the VX1932wm-LED. For users who require a high performance panel, but want the power saving features without compromising. A high quality screen that offers greater than 50% power saving over traditional panels. RRP £120
ViewSonic Projectors – 3D capability across the range and new ‘Wide screen’ model
The highly successful ‘6’ series of projectors gets a new addition in Q1 with the introduction of the PJD6531W which a WXGA resolution DLP projector. This is ViewSonic’s first Wide Screen 3D capable projector with HDMI input and promises a truly immersive experience. Available in late Q1 with an expected RRP of £649.
Media Players – Some of the world’s smallest and most powerful 1080p media players
The VMP72 media player continues ViewSonic’s trend in providing smaller and more powerful media playback devices. Weighing in at420g this powerful device is capable of full and smooth 1080p playback and has all the video and audio connections needs to future proof any media player. Already gaining outstanding reviews the VMP72 will be in full supply in January 2010 with an RRP of £100.
ViewSonic ViewBook and ViewBook Pro family – Ultra thin, powerful design
The VNB107 ViewBook netbook is the latest generation portable computing solution for the value conscious mobile user.
