29th October 2007 – Freecom launches the MusicPal unlike conventional and DAB radios, the MusicPal is a wireless digital internet radio and MP3 streamer. Ideal for users who like to listen to their music and worldwide radio stations around the home, garden or office.

With MusicPal, there are no constraints to the music you hear; you have a choice of over 5,000 radio stations from around the world, plus your personal collection of MP3 music. Within seconds you can connect wirelessly to your PC, MAC or attached storage device and your music library is at your fingertips.

Keeping up to date with the latest news and sport results is simple, with live ticker tape RSS feeds to the MusicPal digital display. The MusicPal also features an alarm clock so you can wake up to the radio station or song of your choice.

Completely versatile, the MusicPal has a built in speaker and can be connected to your current HIFI system or amplified speakers within seconds, making it ideal for home entertainment.

The black, stylish MusicPal is conveniently portable – you decide where you want to listen to the radio or your music, its small enough to carry in your hand, sit on the bedside table, rest on the microwave, beside your HIFI and in the office.
