Aerocool has announced three new colour choices for its Dead Silence Cube case family: green, blue and bright pink, all available in windowed or window-free variants.
Although its cooling performance isn't the best around, even when sapping the solid roof panel for its mesh alternative, the Dead Silence Cube has been a great success for Aerocool. Its compact dimensions, quiet operation and user-friendly interior have won the Dead Silence Cube a place under the desk of numerous users although it fell short of one of our coveted rewards when we reviewed it back in December last year.
Now, Aerocool is hoping to attract even more customers to the family with a new trio of colour schemes: green, blue and pink. Unlike previous colour choices, the new Dead Silence Cube cases extend the theme right the way through to the motherboard tray and drive bays inside the case, replacing the standard black finish with one matched to the exterior of the chassis.
As before, all models come in windowed and standard editions, and include an exchangeable roof panel allowing the choice of a solid and colour-matched panel with poor cooling performance or a black-finish mesh panel with much improved airflow. As before, all Deep Silence Cube cases are made from 0.8mm-thick SGCC steel, support mini-ITX and micro-ATX motherboards, VGA cards up to 320mm and CPU coolers up to 190mm in size, and come bundled with a 200mm intake fan at the front and 120mm outtake fan at the rear.
The Dead Silence Cube cases in green, blue and pink are available in the UK channel now, priced around the £70 mark from a variety of retailers. More images and full details are available on the individual
