According to a report over at the Inquirer, etailer New Egg is coming to the UK (by the way - what's with the name?), after creating a European beachhead across the channel.
Details are scant on when the online hardware vendor will be opening the digital doors here on the Sceptred Isle - but it's safe to assume that trad UK etailers will probably be dreading the day.
On a related note, Gateway, the company more famous for cow print packaging than it's PC's is to dip it's toe - or should that be hoof - in the UK market once more. Again, no one knows any moo-re (sorry - old gag) about specific dates of a launch.
