Motherboard giant MSI has announced plans to revitalise its Twitch video streaming channel with content from the community as a feature dubbed MSI Pro Talk.
Due to launch tomorrow, MSI Pro Talk takes the eponymous company's Twitch video streaming channel - previously only used for the BeatIT Gaming finals sponsored by the company - and repurposes it to feature in-depth interviews with professional gamers, modders, and overclockers. The show launches tomorrow with an interview between host Salome 'Soe' Gschwind-Penski and Dota 2 commentator Toby 'TobiWan' Dawson.
In addition to interview content, MSI plans to have Soe and TobiWan play games live on the channel and answer questions posed by the audience, while as an added incentive to tune in the company is to give away an unspecified quantity of its latest Z97A Gaming 6 motherboards to viewers.
While MSI has yet to name future guests for the slot, the company has indicated that the Pro Talk programme is to be a series rather than a one-off. While the initial episode focuses on the pro-gaming community, future guests have been promised from the overclocking and modding communities as well - all target markets for MSI thanks to their typically high average spend on motherboards, graphics cards and other hardware.
The premier episode of MSI Pro Talk takes place tomorrow night at 7PM via the company's
Twitch channel. More information is available on the company's
website.
