Dishonored: Knife of Dunwall, the single player expansion pack for Dishonored is now available for PC and Xbox 360. A Playstation update is also due today in the US but tomorrow in the UK and Europe.

In Knife of Dunwall, the player assumes the role of Daud, the assassin who murdered the Empress at the beginning of the main game, as he sets out on a journey of redemption. Daud, like Corvo, can use a number of supernatural powers to tackle the challenges he faces, along with relying on an array of weapons and gadgets.

The game will also expand on the backstory of the Dunwall world, filling out the story behind the circumstances of the city's downfall. The DLC currently costs £7.99 on Steam.

Following Knife of Dunwall there will be a further expansion to the Daud story in the form of the Brigmore Witches DLC, the release date for which hasn't yet been announced.

Also available since late last year is the Dunwall City Trials expansion, which as its name suggests is a challenge based expansion so doesn't expand the narrative of world of Dunwall. It's available for £3.49.

Here's the trailer for Knife of Dunwall.
